How to make a transparent head

Requirements:
Any body part texture
Gimp 2.6

Steps:
1. Open Gimp and open a new file thats 512x512
2. Design anything you want
3. Go to colors
4. And then find Color to alpha
5. Once you see the checkerboard you can use the scroll bars to find what you designed
6. click okay
7. save your work as (anyname).gif
8. open up torishop
9. Click textures
10. Now click browse and then open the texture that you just made
11. then click upload

Note: If you just used pure black and no other colors in designing it will just appear black when you click upload thats okay it will still appear transparent when you open toribash.
